Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, it is immediately sent to our warehouse to be processed so that it will deliver to you as quickly as possible. The only exception is custom engraved orders, which generally take 2-3 weeks to ship. We can typically honor small change requests within the first 2-3 days of placing your order, such as a spelling or name change on the engraving.
If you would like to request a change to your custom engraved order, please send us an email. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please wait until you receive your package, and then follow all instructions on our Returns & Exchanges page.
