All orders (with the exception of custom-engraved items which take 2-3 weeks to ship) are almost always shipped the same business day they are received. After your order ships, we will send you an email with an estimated arrival date and tracking number so you can track your package. We will also send you an email after we receive confirmation that your package has been delivered. If ample time has passed and you still have not received your order, please send us an email and we will gladly assist you.
