Copper quickly oxidizes and will patina quite easily when exposed to oxygen. Also, as a soft and malleable metal, it is susceptible to scratches. The good news is that the original shine and luster of your copper product can be restored, which will also remove surface-level scratches from your product. The easiest and quickest way to achieve this is to simply scrub the surface area with a fine cloth and then use our special-blend Sterling Copper Polish to clean and restore the color and shine on your fine copper products. Please note that many customers prefer their product to patina, as it adds to the character of each piece and helps tell the story of its use.
